Human Rights Management
Promotion of Human Rights Management in Accordance with Global Standards -
As expectations grow for companies to actively uphold and promote labor rights and human rights through their policy authority, there is an increasing demand for corporate social responsibility regarding the protection and enhancement of human rights and welfare.
Alteogen recognizes the significance of its influence arising from business activities and has established a framework to implement human rights management.
We support global human rights principles and guidelines, and, in accordance with the National Human Rights Commission’s Human Rights Management Guidelines, have established the “Alteogen Human Rights Charter and Implementation Guidelines.”
Furthermore, by identifying and addressing human rights risks and promoting improvement activities, we are realizing corporate management that prioritizes human rights through a process that monitors the progress of all stages of human rights management.
